By the end of 2011, schattdecor AG from Thansau sold its remaining 30% of shares in Rotodecor GmbH Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Bad Salzuflen, to RMS Rotodecor Holding GmbH, Wangen/Allgäu, which is entirely controlled by the Schmid family. The Schmid family now holds all shares in the printing press manufaturer that was founded in 2003 and can now act independently from the schattdecor group.
